Our Miniatures are produced in a extremely detailed quality, the product integrity is checked before being packaged in Zip-Log Bags , the shipment in carton boxes and filler provide enough protection to the miniatures, although during shipping it could occur some breaking or bending in the tiny details, this inconvenience could be easily solved with glueing or straightening in place the parts .

We keep for more protection some attached sprue which must be removed with sprue removers. The products can present some minimal mould flesh which can easily be removed with cutter.

The products can brake if not handled properly, and can be cut or worked with cutters and sanding tools, they can be painted after being washed for removing mould remover.

We suggest to previously primer the miniatures, and use acrylic paint.

The product will be shipped after the communication of the payment from Paypal or from the support bank .

The shipment cost will be added to the price, in case of loss of the product during shipment, it's cost will be refund upon request by email or re- shipped (exclusive the new shipping costs) only if the shipment was requested with track & trace system.

The shipment time can variate from 2 to 4 weeks because the figures requested will be produced after the order is made, and because of full manual and artisanal organisation.
